Shoot and Burn Package £800.00 - (up to 5 hours coverage) This package does not include an album. With this package you receive a DVD of all the unedited files from your wedding at full size - it is the responsability of the bride and groome to colour correct, edit and print the images. You receive your DVD of images within 7 days of the date of the wedding. All Inclusive Packages. Option 1 - £995.00 - (up to 4 hours coverage) This option is very popular for couples who would like coverage from the arrival at the wedding venue up to when you go into your sit down dinner at the reception venu. This option includes a beautifiul 9”x9” album. Option 2 - £1300.00 - (up to 7 hours coverage) This option provides coverage from the bridal preparations up to the speeches at the end of the meal. This options come with a stylish12”x12” album Option 3 - £1600.00 (up to 9 hours coverage) This option provides coverage from the bridal preparations up to and including the first dance. This options come with a stylish12”x12” album Option 4 - £2500.00 (up to 18 hours coverage) This option provides coverage of the entire day from bridal preparations up to and including the evenings function / fireworks. This options include stunning 16”x12” panoramic albums and a slideshow of your wedding photos during the night time function.

	Upgrades and Optional Extra's Extended Coverage is available for all options at £200.00 per hour. Album upgrades are available. Options include stunning 16”x12” panoramic albums, 16”x16” large square albums. please feel free to ask for full details. Print ready CD - that contains a high resolution copy of all the images used in your album. (with signed copyright release) This is available at the pre-order rate of £500.00 The CD is chargeable at £600.00 if ordered after the wedding. Evening Slideshow - We setup a projector and screen and show your evening guests a slide show of your wedding photos upto the cutting of the cake. £200.00 (up to 2 hours) Web Gallery of all your wedding images - FREE ! - Password protected if required. CD of web sized images to use for email / web site use This is available at the pre-order rate of £100.00 The CD is chargeable at £150.00 if ordered after the wedding. Digital Photo Frame / Memory Card / Images - We professionally resize your wedding album images onto a memory card and supply you with a fantastic digital photo frame (7x5 screen) £350.00

	The Main Benefits for you are All the pictures taken, after editing, are used in the design of your album. It is not in our interests to deliberately exclude images unless they would devalue the final presentation. The price you see is the price you will pay regardless of the number of images appearing in the final layout. No extra charges for album pictures. As we charge by attendance, you will receive unlimited photography while David is at your wedding. As each wedding is a unique event, the number of photographs in the finished album will vary. You don’t have to go through any hard selling sessions or make any decisions about which pictures to keep. You won’t have to wait for months for your album. Photographers who show proofs usually wait until the guests have ordered their pictures before they complete the main album. Generally your album will be complete and ready for collection/delivery about six weeks after your wedding day. All this from your affordable wedding photography package.
	BOOKING INFORMATION David is one of the most sought after wedding photographers in Wales. Clients have been known to change their wedding date just to ensure that they get him for their wedding day! While this may seem a little extreme, David limits the number of weddings he shoots to ensure you receive the very best attention, quality and service at all times. He usually receives 200-300 enquiries for for wedding per year and this means that we are unable to provisionally hold any date without payment of the booking fee/ retainer and all dates are booked on a first-come first served basis. Once you have confirmed your date, you are free to decide on the actual coverage required right up until the pre wedding consultation which usually takes place a couple of weeks prior to your big day. To book your date we require a non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee/ retainer of £500.00. This is deductible from your final total. Cheques and most credit and debit cards are all welcome and you can reserve your date over the phone. We also require a completed booking form and all bookings will be confirmed in writing or by e-mail as required. To enquire about a date please click HERE
	The Small Print On-line viewing of your wedding photographs is available at no extra cost. Please ask for details Your finished story album will usually be ready for collection about six weeks after your wedding day. This may run to between eight and twelve weeks at peak times. Picture selection, layout and album design is the sole responsibility of David Purslow, You will be given an opportunity to make changes once the initial design has been created. In the event of inclement weather or the wedding running late, David reserves the right to change the schedule and photographic coverage as he see fit. Hot food and refreshments are required on all coverage’s over five hours In the event of cancellation, the retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the client cancels coverage within two months of the wedding date, they are liable to pay David Purslow Photography the FULL amount due for the coverage booked unless another wedding of equal value can be booked. Overnight accommodation is required on all weddings taking place more than 100 miles from Haverfordwest. This ensures David is in the best possible condition for your day. Any overnight accommodation is generally arranged and booked by David. David is happy to shoot all over the UK, but travelling expenses are charged at 40p per mile for all weddings taking place outside of Wales. For weddings taking place more than 100 miles from Pembrokeshire, there is a minimum booking requirement of option 2. For weddings taking place in Central London, a flat rate of £150.00 will be charged to cover expenses. For weddings taking place overseas, please as for a tailor made quote. David requires any information you may have about the venue(s) in advance, to ensure you receive the very best photography money can buy. He is happy to research individual venues on the internet, whenever possible. It is a condition of booking that David Purslow is the only professional photographer working at the wedding and that no other vendor is allowed to take photographs which are to be offered for sale. If a situation arises where this is not the case, David Purslow reserves the right to cease photography and all monies paid will be non-refundable. - This does NOT affect guests at the wedding and they are more than welcome to take photos. We guarantee to keep the files or negatives of your wedding securely stored for a period of 12 months. We do offer the opportunity to purchase a CD of the files.
