				*What are Lifestyle Portraits ?* The main goal of lifestyle photographic portraiture is to create a completely unique portrait that is as individual as you are and one you will cherish for many many years to come. In recent years the trend in portrait photography has been moving towards high key (white background) images. While there is nothing wrong with this style of photography the problem comes a few years down the line, when everyone has had their portraits shot at the many different "white background studios" that are popping up in every town and city. In 10 years time your white background portraits will just look like everyone else's white background portraits and will by definition loose there Sentimentality. Lifestyle Portraits are photographs which are created either in or around your own home or some place close by. This in itself makes the portraits so much more personal to you. This then means as time goes by, your images will actually increase in sentimental value rather than loose it. If you take a look at the photo above, it was taken in the little girls back garden, their childhood family home, with their favorite toys - something you would not be able to recreate in a studio setting in a million years. I have to be the first to admit that this style might not suit everyones taste so later I will show you a few of my "white background images" all of which were actually shot in clients own homes. 		Pricing and Booking Information I charge £75.00 for a Lifestyle Portrait Photo Session. This includes 2 FREE mounted 7x5 inch photos along with an online gallery for easy viewing. I am available for lifestyle portraits anywhere in the UK. If I am travelling more than 100 miles from Haverfordwest then I charge £0.40 pence per mile (both directions). If I am travelling more than 150 miles, in addition to the milage charge, I also require a hotel room on the evening PRIOR to the shoot. This is to ensure I am totally refreshed and prepared for your sitting. I always like to discus the shoot with my clients before hand, we talk about clothing to be worn, locations, is the portrait going to be hung in formal area or casual area etc, etc, etc,.
